Welcome to ReMedia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service, including photos of your colored artwork, comments, and profile information ("User Content").

License Grant: By uploading User Content, you grant ReMedia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload content that infringes any intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Contests

The Service may feature contests and competitions. Each contest may have additional rules and requirements. By participating in a contest, you agree to abide by its specific rules. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates contest rules or these Terms.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

• Monitor User Content for compliance with these Terms
• Remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms
• Investigate reported violations and take appropriate action
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at info@remedia.pics.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by ReMedia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReMedia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service or through other communications. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Russian Federation.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
